Class Policy

To best serve our students, please help us create an optimal learning environment by following these class policies.

Duration

​​Our Spanish classes for children consist of 3 sessions of 9 weeks each (27 weeks in total) that run continuously from September to April–May. Students may register for 1 to 3 sessions during the school year.

Absences

​If you or your child will be absent from class, please call us at (513)-739-9516. Alternatively, you may email us at info@worldofspanishllc.com.

Weather-Related Cancellations

In the case of morning delays (am classes) or school closings (pm classes) due to inclement weather, we will cancel Spanish classes and will make up the class (or classes) at the end of each session.  Please check your school website or your local TV and radio stations for school-closings information.

Tuition

Payment is due one week prior to each session. There will be a late fee of $25 if payment is not received by the 2nd class of each session.

Class Materials

All classes for children  will require a textbook for the school year (approximately $22-$26 for the school year).

Pick Up Time for PM Classes

​Please try to be punctual when picking up your child. There will be a fee of $25 after the first 15 minutes for late pickup. We ask that parents picking their children up come into the classroom and sign them out.
My oldest daughter took a few of these classes in elementary school, and she was able to take "Spanish 1" in 8th grade. As a sophomore, she's in Honors Spanish 3!
